Who manages IAB?
IAB is based at the headquarters of ERC in Lebanon, and managed and deployed in accordance with a particular charter. Two main boards oversee IAB:
- An international Governing Board of renowned Arab and non-Arab educators and policymakers, which sets, and oversees the implementation of, the general policy of IAB.
- An Academic Board of accomplished university professors and school teachers, which reifies IAB policy in concert with IAB Country and School Officers and other specialized bodies. This board assumes deployment and continuous evaluation and refinement of IAB framework and tools, taking advantage of latest educational and technological developments.
IAB boards, specialized bodies and officers work closely with ERC, and benefit from its resources, so as to continuously improve all aspects of IAB.
